I cannot tell you what the main conflict of this movie is. Is it the slight Colonisation theme? Is it Elsa's lack of belonging? Is it one of the other vague conflicts going on? This movie is frustratingly unfocused. It doesn't pick a central A Plot to work with, and instead loosely brings up threads, so you really can't get that invested in anything. There aren't any real stakes that I can recall, and I'm not certain I could give you a proper account of the plot. You can tell this story was written and changed probably 8 times.

Why is Anna queen at the end when nothing has led to it?
Elsa's staying in the woods really isn't built to, she doesn't seem to be needed at all.
Elsa's kinda healing. the spirits really isn't well communicated, again underdeveloped. Which really suffers plot comprehension as it seems important.
The magic system doesn't have any real grounding- the spirits are A Lizard, just the literal Wind, Rock Giants (unrelated to the Rock Trolls) and water that is sometimes also a horse. And Elsa's tie into that based on family history is not that concrete.
Kristoff has a full song about being uncertain or whatever like his and Anna's relationship is at stake, and it just doesn't come up again.
Elsa is worse than the first movie. This should have been the time for real development and playful exploration of character now that she's more open- Elsa is a nothing character with the same airily sad line delivery, and her relationship with Anna is less existent than previously, aside from their thread regarding their parents' deaths. Seeing them interact is a disappointing timewaste.
Minor thing, but I have no sense of Geography regarding location. There's Arendelle, the Woods, and the Glacier; and I have no real sense of distance, which is important given Elsa goes off without Anna and tension arises based on that.
And so far in my one watch, only two songs and their setpieces are memorable, I struggle to recall the other music.
There's more, but you get the picture. Inreally wanted to like this movie given the wider world it seemed to promise opening, but I imagine its flaws would become more apparent and frustrating on rewatch, and thus a bad dvd purchase.
